With a background in commercial finance, real estate development, and twenty-five years as a prosecutor, William Scharfenberg is now focusing his energy full-time on his business which builds single family homes and light commercial structures. Beacon Homes of NJ, LLC started building turn-key stick and custom modular homes in 2001. Over time, they progressed from building spec homes to building custom modular and stick homes for property owners.
